Painting with the Masters for kidsRecreate a masterpiece with step by step instructions led by Ms.RoxAnne
RoxAnne Trujillo has been inspiring young people through the visual arts in her community for many years and is now the Art Director and co-owner of Open Door Studio in downtown Oxnard.
“Integrating art into a child’s life boosts critical thinking skills, teaching kids to take the time to be more careful and thorough in how they observe the world around them…”
Ms. Roxanne will take your young artist on an educational and entertaining trip through art history.
Our Art Deco style studio is located behind the Carnegie Art Museum at 329 W. 5th Street. Our “en plein air” classes will be held in our spacious back patio.
Classes will be held on:
- Sat. July 17th 11am-1pm
- Sat. July 24th 11am-1pm
- Sat. Aug. 14th 11am-1pm
- Sat. Aug. 21st 11am-1pm
Cost: $30.00 includes materials, lesson, and games.
Space is limited and we will continue to practice social distancing.
